An Eleven-Day Immersion | June 3–13, 2027
The participation fee for this exclusive eight-day wine experience is USD 8,900 per person, based on double occupancy. A single supplement of USD 900 applies to guests wishing to enjoy private accommodation.
To preserve the intimate character of the journey, participation is limited to just 12 guests, with reservations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete a separate registration form for each participant. You may submit your completed form as an email attachment or through our online registration system below. For online submission, simply type your name on the signature line and click to submit.
Payment
A deposit of USD 2,000 per person is required to secure your place on this exceptional journey. Payment may be made conveniently through our online payment system below.
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive written confirmation of your reservation along with an invoice for the outstanding balance. The remaining amount is due no later than March 15, 2027, as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by mail or email. Cancellations received on or before March 12, 2026, will be refunded, less a processing fee of USD 100 per person.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after March 12, 2027, and no refunds will be issued after this deadline, regardless of the circumstances.
Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another traveler by notifying us by mail or email and providing the substitute participant’s full name and address.
